antidote load tests

Setup

% source ./tests/_setup.zsh

Ensure a compiled file exists:

% zstyle ':antidote:static' zcompile 'yes'
% zstyle ':antidote:static' file $ZDOTDIR/.zplugins_fake_zcompile_static.zsh
